We work together with other community based services e.g. churches, hospitals and government authorities ensuring the needs of clients are fully met by the relevant professionals.

Homebased Care Services

The majority of children who use our services come from extended families. The Breakthrough Foundation acknowledges these families need as much emotional support as the children.  We work closely with schools, social services and other children’s organizations providing:

• Medication
• Nutrition
• Clothing
